CANCELLATION POLICY

Only 10 minute grace period. A $15 fee will be added if you’re more than 10 minutes late. After 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled. Cancelations/ reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment and no shows will be charged 50% of your total appointment price. Absolutely NO refunds if you cancel your appointment. You may reschedule ONCE with the same deposit if you let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
